Customer Service Excellence (OLG)
This learning series consists of six online, self-directed courses that support individuals interested in learning more about OLG or are interested in applying to jobs at OLG, including in OLG’s Customer Care department. The skills and knowledge gained – including customer service basics and effective business writing - will help in any customer service role. These courses were developed in partnership with OLG and were made possible with support and funding through the Province of Ontario.
