  • Explain the various ways OLG provides service to the people of Ontario through our Customer Care department

  • Recognize the ways that customer service skills are applied to support OLG’s customers

  • Create professional, grammatically customer letters and emails

  • Operate Microsoft Teams as a tool to provide quality customer service, and collaborate with colleagues

  • Operate Microsoft Dynamics and IceBar to support and maintain positive customer service relationships

  • Practice their customer service skills in OLG’s simulated Customer Care environment
