Overview

In this micro-credential, learners will explore the different types of performance management plans and the steps to implement these plans effectively in the workplace. Learners will be given the opportunity to practice creating a performance management plan that is tailored to evaluating employees' performance.

Learners who successfully complete the course will earn a digital badge and certificate of course completion that can be downloaded and shared via social media.
