HIGHLIGHTS

In partnership with Future State Engineering, we have developed a Micro-credential Program that focuses on Operational Excellence. This is the fourth micro-credential of the program and it explores the topic stable and capable delivery systems and consistently satisfying customers' needs.

  • No admission requirements, no application process, no pre-requisites, open to anyone

  • Learn at your own pace using a computer, tablet or smartphone

  • Take up to 90 days to complete the course

  • Receive a certificate of course completion and digital badge for successfully completing the course which can be shared on social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), downloaded as a PDF, or even embedded in an email signature

Micro-credential Overview

In partnership with Future State Engineering, we have developed a Micro-credential Program that focuses on Operational Excellence.  This program includes five short courses, which address specific topics that are essential to building operational excellence within an organization.  

Throughout these courses, we will be referring to Future State Engineering’s  “House of Operational Excellence” to support your learning and to better understand how Operational Excellence is achieved and the conditions needed to create high-performing organizations.  The five short courses that make up this Micro-credential Program include:
