Developing Mindful Leadership
In this 15-hr micro-credential, learners will explore mindful leadership, particularly identifying personal strengths and weaknesses, along with some tools and a plan of action to develop their leadership capabilities.

No admission requirements, no application process, no pre-requisites, open to anyone
Learn at your own pace using a computer, tablet or smartphone
Take up to 90 days to complete the course
Receive a certificate of course completion and digital badge for successfully completing the course which can be shared on social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), downloaded as a PDF, or even embedded in an email signature
In this 15-hr micro-credential, learners will explore mindful leadership, particularly identifying their own personal strengths and weaknesses, along with some tools to develop their leadership capabilities. Learners will also create a plan of action to help them continue practicing their leadership skills, as well as reflect on who they are as a leader. Learners will explore leadership theories and the differences between effective and ineffective leadership styles. Learners will examine personal leadership characteristics and assess individual strengths and weaknesses related to the process of leadership. Lastly, learners will design a creative personal or professional leadership plan.

Learners who successfully complete the course will earn a digital badge and certificate of course completion that can be downloaded and shared via social media.

Upon successful completion of this micro-credential, learners should be able to:
Identify your personal strengths and weaknesses, along with some tools to develop your leadership capabilities
Develop a plan of action to help you continue practicing leadership
Reflect on who you are and who you are as a leader
Explain contemporary leadership theory and the differences between effective and ineffective leadership
Recognize intrapersonal aspects of well-being to develop awareness, focus one's attention, and guide one's intention
Examine personal leadership characteristics and assess personal strengths and weaknesses related to the process of leadership
Design a creative personal or professional leadership plan
