Overview

In this micro-credential, learners will explore the concept of leadership positivity and how to apply essential leadership skills in an ECE environment. Learners will review various leadership styles and identify the effective approaches. Through practice and assessments, learners will discover ways to implement proven strategies and change management skills for a wide variety of situations. By the end of the course, learners will be well equipped with proven tools and strategies to foster confidence in your leadership and allow you to lead employees in a positive, engaging, and productive way.
