Micro-credential Overview

In this 6-hour micro-credential, learners will explore various food additives and how they are used in preparing meals. They will also learn to read food labels for nutritional value and discover common food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, and foodborne allergens. Lastly, learners will learn about anaphylaxis and how to treat allergic reactions.
