4. Find appropriate solutions to address last-minute changes that may occur with evening planning
5. Select strategies to stay within budget, especially when there are significant limitations that are present during the event planning stages
6. Develop solutions to address event planning considerations such as technical issues, entertainment requirements, and decor while staying within budget
