Micro-credential Overview

In this short 6-hr micro-credential, learners will explore the topic of emerging leadership and what leadership means to them.  They will identify their own leadership form and those around them, as well as determine their personal and professional goals for growth and development.  Learners will also discover how to communicate effectively with teams to promote a healthy work environment, and the importance of influence and how to use it to encourage others in different settings.
