Overview

In this micro-credential, learners will explore business and data analysts' roles and key competencies. You will learn about business analysis as a competency, profession, and research discipline and will be introduced to the international organization that sets standards for business analysis knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques. Additionally, you will become aware of the certifications in various fields of business analysis offered by IIBA, which you may pursue to enhance your skills and competitiveness. You will also explore different types and methods of data acquisition, understand the importance of quality data, recognize challenges in data acquisition, understand the importance of quality data, and recognize challenges in data acquisition. Finally, you will be introduced to the laws with respect to data gathering, uses of data, data security, and the possible legal implications in the event of a data breach.

Learners who successfully complete the course will earn a digital badge and certificate of course completion that can be downloaded and shared via social media. 

You will have access to the course for 90 days to work through the content.
