Overview

Welcome to this 15-hour Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Industry 4.0 micro-credential. In this micro-credential, learners will explore how Industry 4.0 enables better data-driven decision-making, including the use of various technologies and tools that can be easily integrated in an organization to support continuous improvement efforts. Participants will also determine strategies and best practices to implement plans that enhance continuous improvement, and identify the importance of Key Performance Indicators for monitoring continuous improvement measures. They will also learn about post-implementation reviews and how to identify and address potential risks within your organization. Lastly, learners will assess their own leadership styles and skills and how these influence a culture of continuous improvement.

Learners who successfully complete the course will earn a digital badge and certificate of course completion that can be downloaded and shared via social media. 

You will have access to the course for 90 days to work through the content.
