In this 15-hour, self-directed, eLearning micro-credential, you are going to explore how to coach and mentor others in a manner that fosters personal and professional growth and development. This micro-credential will help you to learn the skills and abilities to effectively coach individuals who encourage them to discover their inner strengths and talents, recognizing the essence of self-awareness, reflection, and professional growth and development. You will also learn how to mentor individuals to support them with identifying how they can continue to work within their current roles and responsibilities, as well as future career aspirations and goals.

Learners who successfully complete the course will earn a digital badge and certificate of course completion that can be downloaded and shared via social media. 

You will have access to the course for 90 days to work through the content.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners should be able to:
