Overview

At the end of this 20-hour micro-credential, you will be able to analyze organizational challenges related to Agile Continuous Improvement and propose actionable strategies to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and value delivery. You will apply Agile Project Management methodologies to optimize team performance and support continuous improvement in real-world scenarios.

 You will explain the history and evolution of Agile methodologies and analyze their impact on transforming traditional project management practices. You will define Agile principles and demonstrate how Agile promotes iterative workflows and responsiveness to change. You will compare and contrast traditional and Agile project management approaches and differentiate between methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Critical Chain, and SAFe. 

You will utilize Agile tools to visualize work, manage flow, and control Work in Progress (WIP) to boost team efficiency. You will plan Agile sprints by setting sprint goals, prioritizing tasks, and estimating workload using techniques like Story Pointing and T-shirt Sizing. Additionally, you will evaluate motivation strategies, practice servant leadership, and implement team-building practices to strengthen team collaboration and productivity. 

Finally, you will demonstrate an understanding of Agile continuous improvement mindsets and apply techniques such as Kaizen, retrospectives, and PDCA cycles to foster adaptability and sustained value delivery.

Learners who successfully complete the course will earn a digital badge and certificate of course completion that can be downloaded and shared via social media. 

You will have access to the course for 90 days to work through the content at your own pace.
