In this course, learners will explore the importance of using effective instructional strategies and techniques for online and hybrid environments. Learners will be introduced to an array of educational and technological tools, including various Learning and Course Management Systems to support the facilitation of online and hybrid learning and training. Learners will also explore how to develop effective lesson plans to facilitate online and hybrid learning for various target audiences.
