Learning Series Overview

In this learning series, you will explore how you can use and operate Microsoft Excel to support business analysis and work with advanced features and tools to accurately analyze data. The learning series includes six individual micro-credentials, and you are given 90 days to complete each credential. 

At the end of this series, you are awarded a Sault College Micro-Certificate that lists the micro-credentials and outlines the knowledge and skills you gained from this series. Additionally, you are also awarded a Sault College digital badge for completing each individual credential. 

Each micro-credential is designed to support you in achieving the learning objectives outlined in the credential. This includes instructional materials, learning exercises and activities, educational tools and technologies, and ungraded and graded assessments.

We use the Quality Matters Rubric, 7th Edition, as our main framework to ensure the design and review of our micro-credentials adhere to quality standards for online education.

  • Create informative and valuable PivotTables using MS Excel to analyze and summarize large datasets.

  • Work with advanced Microsoft Excel functions to support you with data analysis.
