Course Description

This short course was developed in partnership with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).  This was developed and made possible with support and funding through the Province of Ontario.

In this short four-hour self-directed online course, learners will explore an overview of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Customer Care Department. Learners will learn about the customer care and customer care roles within OLG, as well as the different departments such as retailer services, finance support, technical retailer, customer support, and several others. 

Learners will have 90 days to complete this short course, and once they successfully complete the course, they will be awarded a certificate of completion and digital badge from Sault College.
