  • Describe the overview and history of Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, including is business overview and operations

  • Explain the various customer service areas within OLG's Customer Care department

  • Recognize the ways that customer service skills are applied to support OLG's customers, including diverse customers and individuals with disabilities

  • Create customer care related letters and emails that are professional and grammatically correct

  • Operate Microsoft Teams as a primary tool to provide quality customer care

  • Operate Microsoft Dynamics to support and maintain positive customer service relationships
